Starbucks Coffee Company

This Starbucks consistently delivers one of the best customer experiences I've had. The store is clean, organized, and welcoming, and the atmosphere reflects a team that genuinely takes pride in their work. What stands out most is the leadership. The manager has cultivated a positive culture where customers are greeted warmly, drinks are prepared with care and consistency, and the team works together seamlessly—even during busy periods. It's evident that the staff enjoys working together, and that translates into exceptional service. I've been at this store only a few times and I've been especially impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. Whether it's remembering regular customers, handling high-volume rushes with composure, or going the extra mile to ensure every order is right, this team consistently exceeds expectations. I served six years in the United States Marine Corps and I can recognize great leaders. Transformative leadership creates great teams, and this store is a perfect example of that. Thank you to the entire staff for creating such a welcoming environment and for representing the Starbucks brand with excellence every day.

Great location right on Ocean Drive with beautiful Miami Beach vibes. The staff was friendly like Mason 😃 and service was quick even when it was busy. Perfect spot to grab a coffee and sit outside to people-watch and enjoy the view. Classic Starbucks drinks always consistent and reliable. Definitely a nice stop if you’re walking South Beach.

One of the coolest Starbucks in Miami. They have a great terrace and very delicious drinks. The staff made my drink for me in less than 20 seconds. I was very impressed and will definitely come back.
